We (Old Ringtones Apps) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy clearly communicates what information we collect, how we use it, and gives you options to manage your personal data.

1. App Permissions
The following permissions are required for the application's core functions:

Read and Write Permission: This permission is required to download ringtones to your phone and set them as ringtones.

Write Settings: This permission is required to change system settings. We only ask for this permission to set downloaded sounds directly as ringtones.

Read Audio Permission: This permission is required to download and manage ringtones on Android 13 and higher devices.

Internet: We ask for this permission to load and show Appodeal ads.

2. Ads and Data Collection (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
We use Appodeal as our advertising provider. (Please note that Admob services have been entirely removed from our app).

To provide personalized ads based on your interests, Appodeal may collect your IP address and Advertising ID.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), explicit user consent is requested for ad personalization and data processing in applicable regions.

3. Notification Services
The application contains the OneSignal notification service SDK. We use this to send you necessary updates and notifications.
(Note: Firebase database and analytics services have been removed from our application. We do not store your app usage behavior or personal data.)

4. Crash and Performance Data
Crash data is reviewed entirely anonymously and does not contain your personal information. We use this data solely to improve our app's performance and stability.

5. Target Audience
This app targets individuals 18 years and older. It is not eligible for the Google Play Children and Families Programme.
